New Album Release - Blue Times!

Blue Times (2024@BIM Records).

Bill C Ireton: Blue Times Bill C Ireton: Blue Times

Blue Times, is Bill C Ireton’s newest album release in 2024 debuting Aug 23rd, 2024. Blue Times is an album recorded and produced by Bill C Ireton consisting of a compilation of songs about the strife and blues a person gets in his life when his love leaves him. Featuring Terry Carleton on drums and Luis Lenzi on Sax. Recorded at BIM Studios Gilroy, Ca. and Bones and Knives Studios in San Jose, Ca. Bill debuts his singer songwriting skills mixing in blistering blues rock guitar and R&B grooves and rhythms.  Bill has put his composition, engineering, and production skills to work mixing in smooth to electrifying guitar work throughout the album combining efforts with talented Bay Area Artist such as Terry Carleton on Drums, Luis Lenzi on Sax, and more. An electrifying soloist whose blistering chops combine rock-fusion firepower with sophisticated jazz harmonies and his inherently bluesy string bending prowess, Ireton has the ability to instantly elevate the proceedings on any gig or session he plays by channeling the spirits of his own personal guitar heroes, George Benson to Larry Carlton, as well as Jimi Hendrix to Joe Satriani. Not only will the music please the contemporary R&B listener but Bill channels and experiments with rock stylings which spawns from his blues and rock roots influenced by growing up in the SF Bay Area. All and all this album is very entertaining creating and fusing styles of R&B, Rock, and Soul flavors.
